After my experience I know selling on my own would have been a big mistake and I am very happy with my decision to work with Julie. Julie had her finger on the pulse of the market from day one! She listened to my expectations and concerns and we embarked on the journey of selling my home together. When I was upset that the floors were not clean enough for the first showing she brought over a mop.
